This waist trainer is intended to be worn much more tightly than a girdle or shaping underwear to give you a sleeker, smaller waist. While results can be seen immediately, “training” requires wearing the garment frequently over a period of months.
 
This Waist Trainer is great for working out or for while you are walking or working, it literally tightens and tones your stomach. We recommend to go up one size.
